She listened attentively to our concerns and guided us through every aspect of the process, patiently answering our numerous questions. Ashley and Patricia at fuller-sheffield were such comfort to me during an emotionally difficult time. Patricia stayed late on a Friday evening assisting me with my mother’s obituary. She made several helpful suggestions which were much appreciated. Ashley was so patient with me as she explained the many steps involved in the cremation process. I had a few concerns that I thought might be an issue and Ashley immediately addressed them and put me at total ease. Ashley went above and beyond my expectations when she was able to return my mother’s ashes to me in a very short amount of time. Ashley knew I was hoping to take them with me to Colorado and needed to leave in a few days. She made that happen. I give fuller-sheffield a 5-star rating.
